The team at Smiling Tree was great to work with, and the blocks look exactly as I specified. My only cuation is that they are a bit smaller than I was expecting. The blocks are about 1 1/2 inch on all sides. That is not a critque necessarily but just want others to be prepared. They look wonderful and I plan to give these to our management team at our upcoming retreat.
The core values blocks were perfect for a corporate gift. The time to generate the proof and overall shipment time was much quicker than anticipated. Brittany was extremely helpful. We look forward to working with Smiling Tree Gifts in the future!

If you have had bad luck with other custom online orders (poor communication, misleading proofs, up-charging for even little design advice), look no further. I ordered a set of 10 with my job's core values on each block along with our logo. We are gifting them to faculty who are part of an education health speaker series each month. These blocks came out so good and are beautiful! Justin and Kathleen were very responsive and did a great job plus its always better to order from independent stores versus Amazon and big box places. Would definitely recommend these as gifts.
