We hope you absolutely love every single product we create for you. That's why we pay extra attention to all the details around every product that leaves our woodshop.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES | Given the custom, made-to-order natural of all of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

REPLACEMENTS | If any products are defective in any way, we'll happily replace them free of charge. If we made an engraving error on your order that was our fault, we'll also replace it.  We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.
