RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Given the custom, made-to-order natural of all of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on products that are not defective and have been engraved according to the buyer's instructions.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If any products are found to be defective, we'll happily replace them free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details and photos about the nature of the defects. If we deem the products to be defective, we will replace them within 14 days of the date you contacted us. (Natural variations, markings, and grain patterns in wood are not considered defects. Engraving errors are also not considered defects.)
ENGRAVING ERRORS
If we made an engraving error on your order that was our fault, we'll replace it free of charge. If products are engraved incorrectly due to buyer error, we will not replace products for free. We will bill you at full price for the correctly engraved replacement products. We provide digital proofs for all orders prior to production reduce the chances of products being engraved incorrectly.
