What's the lead time?

See current standard lead times here. (Lead times are based on the dollar value of your order after your Distributor Discount is applied and before any shipping costs.)

Do you charge any setup or other fees?

No! We do not charge proofing, setup, or other custom fees. You pay only for the product plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Vector files (AI, EPS , or SVG) are required for engraving. Preferably 1-color. Adobe Illustrator design templates are available upon request. We prefer all artwork to be uploaded during the online ordering process. If that's not possible, please email it to hello@smilingtreegifts.com as soon as possible after purchase. We'll follow up with a detailed digital proof for your approval prior to beginning production.

Yes. If your order needs to ship sooner than our current standard lead times, you can request a rush upgrade.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to anywhere in the world that Global Post and/or UPS services.

Can you ship to more than one location?

Yes. We offer multi-location and individual drop-shipping to anywhere in the world. If you're shipping to more than one location, we'll create a custom invoice for you to pay online via our website.

Can you include a gift note in each package?

Yes. Simply indicate your gift note preference when we get into the details of your order. We'll provide a gift note proof for your review and approval.
