No! We do not charge proofing, setup, or other custom fees. You pay only for the product plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Vector files (AI, EPS , or SVG) are required for engraving. Preferably 1-color. Adobe Illustrator design templates are available upon request. 

We prefer all artwork to be uploaded during the online ordering process. If that's not possible, please email it to hello@smilingtreegifts.com as soon as possible after purchase. 

We'll follow up with a detailed digital proof for your approval prior to beginning production.

Yes. If your order needs to ship sooner than our current standard lead times, you can request a rush upgrade.

In alignment with our plastic-free promise and commitment to minimal packaging materials, we do not offer gift wrapping on our other products.

Instead, we invite you to utilize our Gift Note option and include a thoughtful message when shipping directly to your recipients.
