The engraving! Nothing about the Core Values Statement Display Block is off the shelf. Your company's own values and logo are engraved into real hardwood in Minnesota, then guaranteed for life. Yes! From raw lumber to cutting, hand sanding, engraving, and shipping, our small team does it all from our red barn woodshop on the Minnesota prairie.

Each block measures 2.25 inches square.

Yes! You can purchase a sample block (with sample engraving) here.

Pricing is based solely on quantity, regardless of what and how many sides are engraved.

Each of the six sides of the block can be unique, however all blocks must be identically engraved to one another.

If you need more than block design, you'll need to add each block design to your cart one-at-a-time so that quantity pricing is properly calculated.
(Minimum 10 of any single block design.)

No, we do not offer individual personalization on these blocks.

No, sorry. Given everything that goes into a carrying out a custom engraving job of this nature (proofing, test engraving, file setup, machinery setup, etc.), we cannot fill orders of fewer than ten blocks.

Yes. Our website currently supports only US domestic shipping addresses. If you'll need products shipped outside of the US, please get in touch and we'll create a custom invoice for convenient online payment.

Yes! We'll email you a digital proof within 2 business days of receiving your artwork. We won't start production (and your lead time will not begin) until your proof is approved.

For all sides of the block, all engraving must fit within a 1.8 x 1.8 inch square.

Artwork must be vector-based in .eps, .ai, or .svg format.

To ensure your artwork engraves correctly, logos and other graphics should be one-color (black fill) with all strokes outlined.

We offer two options for submitting the artwork for your items:

1. Upload a vector file when placing your order.

2. Email your vector artwork to hello@smilingtreegifts.com after placing your order.

If you include text in your art files, all fonts must be outlined before sending to us.

Alternately, you can type the text for your blocks in the text box provided. If you don't specify a preferred font, we'll choose one that looks best with artwork.

No. JPEG and PNG images do not engrave clearly.

Raster-based artwork (such as a .jpg or .png) that is resaved as a vector file will not work.
