Great Service, Great Product

I purchased some blocks for my team to commemorate their biggest projects of 2023. Brittany was terrific to work with, and the blocks came out perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised at the detail. And they smell *incredible*. I love the emphasis that Smiling Tree puts on sustainability too. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

So appreciative of your kind words, Susannah! We are happy you're pleased with your custom engraved wood blocks, and especially like that you love their smell :) Looking forward to future work with you and your team.

Culture Statement Cubes!

The Process for ordering was the smoothest process ever!
The cubes came out great! We are providing this cubes to our volunteers as a thank you for what they do for our church and to help with continued push of our culture statements.
Highly recommend these to people if you need something for your church or business.

Exceeded Expectations

The quality of the blocks exceeded our expectations. We ordered close to 900 individual blocks on a rush order to support a leadership conference and were doubly impressed with the expedience of the order and quality of the product. These are an excellent value add and our folks love them!

PERFECTION!

We had purchased 400 for our staff members, with a design on each side. The blocks could not have been more perfect & they shipped quickly - which I was expecting a delay because the owners were on vacation, but there was no delay at all. Beyond the blocks, I was most impressed by the customer service, absolutely phenomenal.

The blocks we ordered came out great! Customer service was super helpful, ship times not long. Most important, quality was out of this world. Will definitely buy again.
